After setting up and turning around several Endemol companies in and outside of The Netherlands for 5 years, Patrick set up Endemol‘s first internet venture at the end of the 90-ties. After Endemol was sold to Telefonica in 2001, Patrick became a shareholder and member of the Board of UBF International, which took over Dutch state owned NOB in 2004. In 4 years he and his fellow board members grew UBF International from a local Dutch player to the leading European broadcast Facilities Company.

In 2005 Patrick Founded TV, mobile & Internet gaming company 3Circles Media. 3Circles Media launched interactive TV & internet gaming concept in over 15 countries around the world. Within 3Circles Media Patrick also set up the first live multi player gaming section within Holland‘s no. 1 social network Hyves which grew to over 1000.000 game plays per day within 4 weeks after its launch.

In 2010 Patrick sold his shares in 3Circles Media and decided to set up a Startup Accelerator program in Amsterdam based on Techstars ‘Mentor driven model’.
