Tristan has more than 15 years of experience in creative and online business. After leading the design team of the IBM e-business Innovation Center, as art director, he specialized in online business, customer experience, online marketing and social media strategy.
Certified as Business Strategy Consultant and creative director within IBM interactive, he led online strategy engagements and acted as project manager for international website re-launch projects and digital channel transformation projects. He has wide industry knowledge, with special experiences in consumer electronics, media and entertainment, automotive, finance and retail.
Tristan has comprehensive technology knowledge in the area of web content management, portal, e-Commerce, mobile and social software. After 10 years in consulting, Tristan moved in 2010 to marketing and communications of IBM. He is marketing manager working with developers and ISVs, and managing the “IBM Global Entrepreneur Program” in Germany.
